Welcome to the Motherload

Welcome to the Motherload

There’s a moment — maybe you’ve had it — when you’re staring at your work inbox with a crying baby in your arms, wondering how you’re supposed to do it all… and who even decided that you should?

That moment isn’t weakness.

Motherload & Co. was born from that space in between — the tender, chaotic, impossibly full space where identity, ambition, and motherhood collide. It’s for every woman who’s asked herself, "Can I really go back to work and still be the mom I want to be?" and then whispered, "Yes… but I need support."

This is that support.

We’ve been in the trenches — not once, not twice, but three times. Each return to work looked different. Each one came with new doubts, new truths, and new boundaries. And what became clear was this: there’s no one-size-fits-all roadmap to returning to work after baby. And it shouldn't feel so isolating. But there should be more space to figure it out.

That’s what we’re building here.

Motherload & Co. is a platform, a movement, a rally cry. We believe that motherhood changes you — and that change can fuel your power, not diminish it. We offer tools, strategies, and solidarity for working moms navigating the return, the reinvention, and the rise.

This is not about bouncing back. This is about coming back — clearer, bolder, and fully on your terms.

We’re just getting started. And we welcome you with open arms.

Welcome to Motherload & Co. This time, we’re not doing it alone.

Motherload & Co.

Motherload & Co. is a modern support platform for moms returning to work following the birth of a child. As a mom of three, I created it after feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and alone each time I returned—this is the community I wish I’d had to help reclaim power, purpose, and identity during the transition.

What if the bravest thing you did this week was say no? Before I had children, I said yes to everything. I was the go-to. The 11pm Slack replier. The workhorse. After I came back? I couldn’t physically or emotionally do that anymore. But here’s what no one told me: The moment I started honoring my capacity, my work actually got better.
